Information for authors

Some information for the presenters:

Oral presentations
 

1. The rooms will be equiped with laptops, having Adobe Acrobat and Power Point.
2. If you need some special software please contact us as soon as possible.
3. For the 20 minutes talks, please leave 2-3 minutes for questions
4. For the 25 minutes talks, please leave 3-4 minutes for questions
5. Please provide your talk with a USB either at the desk in the secretary
or in the laptop inside the room of your talk.
6. To avoid delays it is not possible to connect your own laptop.


Poster session
1. Please upload your poster just before Lunch break in Tuesday.
2. The poster session will take place close to the lunch area, detail will be announced in the conference
3. Posters will stay at this area till the end of the day. Please collect them afterwards.
4. Poster panels are of dimensions
    height= 2,38m
    width = 0.95m
This does not mean that you have to cover the whole space but creates some
limitations on the size of your poster.
