Early registration deadline 11/3/2017

 Registration fees are as follows:

 Important Note: As EMR decided in the previous meeting there is an option to pay the subscription fees for the IBS through the registration on the conference.

By this procedure the LOC will pay the fees to the IBS directly.

So if you are a Non-Member of IBS interested in this, you should tick IBS subscription fees in the registration form and the LOC will use the higher registration fees you pay for the conference to register you as IBS member. You will not need to pay additional fees for IBS membership

Registration for the EMR- IBS 2017 Members & Non Members includes:

Access to the Scientific Sessions

Access to the Exhibition Area

The congress bag (including the final program and all documentation in relation with the congress)

Lunches and coffee breaks as announced in the program

Welcome Reception

 * The registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire workshop. The full registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the workshop.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

 All cancellations /changes must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat at emr2017@pco-convin.gr

 Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Before March 13, 2017 - 100% refund.

After March 14, 2017 up to April 7, 2017 50% of the total fees.

No refund on cancellations sent after April 8, 2017.

Participants are encouraged to book their accommodation as soon as possible. Registration for the Meeting does NOT guarantee room availability.

Liability and Insurance

The Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
